About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of HR Business Partners who will lead Dialpad's Human Resources Business Partnering team. This role will lead our global HR Business Partner team, and reports directly to our Chief Human Resources Officer. The right individual will bring deep HRBP expertise and leadership to proactively and effectively support Dialpad's fast growing employee population globally.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Work in close partnership, and serve as a mature and proactive advisor to our leadership team to develop and execute our talent strategy across the organization.
  • Work with our Chief Human Resources Officer to help define HR strategy in order to drive a culture of high employee engagement and accountability
  • Develop a roadmap to lead the HRBP through rapid growth and ensure that the people, programs and processes necessary to scale are in place
  • Reinforce Dialpad's performance based culture by overseeing company wide performance management, along with leading trainings, for both managers and employees in all business functions
  • Serve as the escalation point for Employee Relations matters, as well as Performance Improvement Plans
  • Lead the HRBP team, in partnership with organization leaders and to develop and maintain thoughtful and clear career ladders with competencies that will serve as a framework for hiring and promotions
  • Drive measurable improvements to Dialpad's employee experience by developing effective programming to help address any themes highlighted our in eNPS surveys
  • Work in partnership with our Learning & Development & People Operations teams in development of our talented workforce, designing effective onboarding and ongoing L&D programs for our global employees base

About You:

  • Start-up growth company experience, ideally having scaled a global company beyond 1500+ employees
  • 12+ years of HR experience, and 3+ years of HR leadership experience
  • Trusted partner to leadership teams and a mentor to your direct reports
  • Builder who excels at embedding stage appropriate infrastructure for a growing company
  • Hands on experience designing strategies to address areas of opportunity regarding culture, learning and development, performance management and HR processes
  • High level of autonomy, maturity and sound judgment
  • Thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Optimistic, growth mindset problem solver, able to build strong relationships with leaders across the company
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute on tactical necessities—no task is too large or too small.
