Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a Performance Marketing Creative, who will play a pivotal role in creating, delivering, and optimizing outstanding integrated performance marketing campaigns for world-class brands. This position is ideal for a passionate digital creative, skilled in design, copywriting, or a combination of both, who thrives in a collaborative environment.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the creative team to blend insights with creativity, producing high-performing digital media campaigns for automotive clients.
• Work directly with an experienced Executive Creative Director (ECD) and partner closely with Performance Marketing Strategy and Account Leads.
• Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives while adhering to digital best practices, ensuring performance creative aligns with integrated campaign platforms.
• Balance brand guardianship with the commercial priorities of global clients, maintaining Modern Luxury standards.
• Develop creative executions for various digital channels and oversee the production process through to final delivery, utilizing both traditional and cutting-edge technologies.

• Proven experience in delivering effective digital campaigns that drive performance.
• Understanding of paid social and/or programmatic advertising is advantageous.
• Highly motivated and organized, with a passion for creativity and building relationships to develop effective campaigns.
• Act as a brand guardian by immersing yourself in product developments and adapting to industry and technology trends.
• Articulate the strategic soundness of creative work, able to engage in constructive debates both internally and with clients.
• Collaborate closely with all stakeholders, including Retouchers, Art Directors, and other creatives.
• Understand key performance metrics to ensure campaign success.
• Utilize internal tools and systems to maintain clear end-to-end processes.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
• Knowledge of Firefly, Ai, and CGI platforms is an advantage.
