As a Senior CRM Executive you’ll play an integral role in our growing company. 

In this role, you will be at the heart of execution, ensuring campaigns are brought to life with precision and efficiency. If you’re passionate about making a difference in women’s health, this role is for you! 🌾

What You’ll Be Doing 🌟

  • Build, test, and execute CRM campaigns and workflows in Braze, including complex canvases and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the Senior CRM Manager and squad members (Designer and Copywriter) to deliver personalised, on-brand messaging that aligns with squad objectives.
  • Optimise onboarding, nurture and conversion sequences to drive acquisition.
  • Support retention efforts through lifecycle campaigns, including post-results to care plan journeys.
  • Contribute to the referral programme by implementing and refining digital refer-a-friend campaigns.

📜 Relevant Experience: Proven experience working with Braze, including campaign building, canvas workflows, and audience management.

💡 Design:  Proficiency in HTML for email design and development.

🔑 CRM Skills: A solid understanding of CRM strategies, lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentation.

🌟 Team Work: Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will be working and reporting directly to our Senior CRM Manager - Melanie Nordman. You’ll also work with the growth and marketing team, our Founders and across our whole business.
