đ Relevant Experience: Proven experience working with Braze, including campaign building, canvas workflows, and audience management.
đĄ Design: Proficiency in HTML for email design and development.
đ CRM Skills: A solid understanding of CRM strategies, lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentation.
đ Team Work: Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will be working and reporting directly to our Senior CRM Manager - Melanie Nordman. Youâll also work with the growth and marketing team, our Founders and across our whole business.

As a Senior CRM Executive with Hertility, you will take on a crucial role in shaping our messaging and communications as part of a dynamic and innovative team focused on transforming womenâs health. With a full-time, three-month fixed-term contract, this opportunity allows you the freedom to work remotely while contributing to impactful projects that advance reproductive health care. You'll dive right into building, testing, and executing robust CRM campaigns using Braze, all while collaborating closely with our talented Designer and Copywriter to ensure that our messaging is both personalized and aligns perfectly with our marketing objectives. You will have the chance to optimize onboarding and conversion sequences that drive acquisition and bolster retention through strategic lifecycle campaigns. Not only will you be enhancing user experiences, but you'll also contribute to our referral program by refining our digital refer-a-friend initiatives. Your experience with Braze and a solid understanding of CRM strategies will be key, and weâre excited about your passion for fertility and reproductive health.
