👀 About the role

As part of Hexa Core Team - alongside with Pierre (Product Management), you will help our Partners, Florent and Ugo, kickstart their new startups.

Your job as a Product Designer within Hexa means working as the Founding Designer of 2 early stage projects (across various sectors: AI, cybersecurity, DevTools, OpenSource..)


1. Shape the user experience of our next world-class products, from user experience (UX),

- Design our projects’ first MVPs,

- Participating to research interviews with our product design partners to drive user experience decisions,

- Identifying customers' problems and solve them with simple & innovative UX/UI design solutions.


2. Help our Founders to build a strong Design culture for their startups:

- You will be working closely with our CEOs/CTOs to translate their product vision into intuitive, high-quality designs,

- You will also impart your know-how by coaching & mentoring them on how to build a strong design culture!


Is that you?
  • Experience - 3+ years of experience in Product Design (ideally in an early-stage environment) with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem-solving skills.
  • Autonomy & pro-activity - A complete ownership is entrusted to the designers so that they can actively bring their expertise and work hand-in-hand with our Founders.
  • Thorough & organized - You master multitask, you’re able to effectively manage & juggle with 2 projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational skills and prioritization abilities.
  • Detail oriented - You take part in clean & simple interfaces and are excited to keep pushing until your work is pixel-perfect!
  • Team player - You are used to cross-functional teams. Sharing Work In Progress, asking to be challenged. Progress comes from collaboration & teamwork.
