We'd love it if you've already been a top-producing agent! If so, you could come in and immediately have a $250,000+ year in your first 12 months on the team. But in truth, NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! Even if you've never been in real estate sales before, we'll train you.

Not only will we train you, but YOU'LL ALSO BE PAID A REGULAR SALARY WHILE YOU TRAIN!!! Most new agents might go 6-9 months without receiving a paycheck. But here you'll earn a paycheck twice a month AND be able to earn sales commissions as bonus pay!
