About the Team
The Lead generation team within GHL is on a mission to ensure effective lead generation world wide for SMEs. We want to power SMEs with all the products and features that help them generate and nurture leads. We support products like Funnels, Websites, Media Storage, Domains, Custom Widgets, Forms, and Surveys which help in lead generation for SMEs.
About the Role
HighLevel Inc is seeking a motivated Product Manager to join the Funnels team, responsible for the end-to-end user experience in creating and managing Webinars, as well as analytics and tracking events. In this role, you will guide the team in conceptualizing, launching, and optimizing the entire lifecycle of Webinar products, including the builder, analytics, and event tracking features. Your responsibilities will encompass configuring the builder, managing submissions and notifications, analyzing data, and integrating with various platforms. As a key member of a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, validating concepts, sizing potential, conducting user interviews, and proposing innovative solutions to enhance the platform. Our current platform processes millions of responses each quarter, and with the expansion of our product base to include enhanced Webinar capabilities, you will significantly contribute to increasing the platform's overall usage and impact.

Indicative Interview Process
Please note that the sequence and number of rounds may vary based on the candidate, interim feedback, and role requirements.
Step 1: Introductions & Exploratory Call (Duration: 30 mins) - This step aims to introduce HighLevel to you, answer questions about our Vision, Mission, and roadmap, and get to know you better.
Step 2: Product Round (Duration: 60 mins) - This round assesses your product management skills and abilities across various dimensions, such as strategic thinking, process understanding, product judgment, and problem-solving.
Step 3: Assignment - You will be expected to work on a Product Teardown Case Study.
Step 4: Case Study Round (Duration: 60 mins) - The goal of this round is to evaluate your presentation, product sense, communication, and strategy skills.
Step 5: Cultural Fitment Round (Duration: 30 mins) - The goal of this round is to assess cultural fit by discussing values, behaviors, traits, and other relevant aspects to ensure alignment between the candidate and the company’s culture.
