As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent• Providing coaching and training to management on selection processes• Assigning projects and prioritizing activities within the talent acquisition department• Trained and supporting field hiring managers on hiring standard processesRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:• 7+ years of experience leading talent acquisition teams• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience• Dedicated recruitment background in a large organization, hospitality, and sales environmentWhat We OfferIn addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer:• Opportunities for professional growth and development• A dynamic and inclusive work environment• Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
