Are you a video editor who can create both scroll-stopping social content AND compelling long-form videos? An Australian marketing agency is looking for a direct response video specialist who understands what makes ads convert.

You'll create high-performing video content for Meta Ads, working directly with our Australian team. We're looking for someone who obsesses over hook rates and understands how to capture attention in the first 3 seconds.

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday Sydney hours (9am-5pm AEDT), where you'll be:

  • Creating scroll-stopping short-form video ads
  • Editing conversion-focused VSLs
  • Taking ownership of video performance
  • Optimizing for hook rates and engagement
  • Contributing to creative strategy

  • 5+ years video editing experience
  • Direct response video editing experience
  • Advanced skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects
