Scope

Our Technology Group is a global team and a recognized leader in providing high-quality, relationship-based advice to software, digital media, and digital infrastructure clients. Analysts are exposed to an extensive range of sectors (PropTech, Industrial Software, Cybersecurity, Towers and Wireless Infrastructure, MarTech, etc.)

Job Description

Analysts may work on various investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts. You will work with a talented, dedicated staff of professionals who will give you broad exposure to the many different issues and concerns affecting businesses today. You will research and analyze financial statements, general economic and industry-specific developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and various investment attributes of publicly traded and private companies. Analysts have the opportunity to work with senior-level professionals at Houlihan Lokey and engage with clients.

Basic Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with initiative, integrity, strong communication skills, commitment, and the ability to work well as part of a team. 

• A B.A./B.S. in finance, accounting, business, or applied economics is recommended

• At least one year of investment banking or relevant finance experience is required
