The Houlihan Lokey Corporate Finance business has extensive expertise in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, activist shareholder and takeover defense, and other related advisory services for a broad range of clients. In addition, we have the proven ability to engineer and execute financing solutions that are essential for growth and success and offer access to financing in the public and alternative capital markets through the issuance of debt, equity, or hybrid securities.

Our Technology Group is a global team and a recognized leader in providing high-quality, relationship-based advice to software, digital media, and digital infrastructure clients. Analysts are exposed to an extensive range of sectors (PropTech, Industrial Software, Cybersecurity, Towers and Wireless Infrastructure, MarTech, etc.)
Job Description
Analysts may work on various investment banking transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts. You will work with a talented, dedicated staff of professionals who will give you broad exposure to the many different issues and concerns affecting businesses today. You will research and analyze financial statements, general economic and industry-specific developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and various investment attributes of publicly traded and private companies. Analysts have the opportunity to work with senior-level professionals at Houlihan Lokey and engage with clients.
Basic Qualifications

A B.A./B.S. in finance, accounting, business, or applied economics is recommended
At least one year of investment banking or relevant finance experience is required

Compensation and Benefits
Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation. The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is:
$110,000.00-$130,000.00Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
