Homeward is looking for an Associate IT engineer to join their team, focusing on providing support through modern technology solutions to enhance the home buying and selling experience.

Skills

Knowledge of IT Service Desk applications and processes
Experience with SAAS based technologies like Google Workspace, Office365, Zoom, and Slack
Troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis abilities
Experience with MDM solution implementation
Experience supporting a fully remote workforce

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for business needs through modern cloud-focused technology solutions
Create and maintain IT operational processes for the organization
Solve technical issues and maintain essential IT operations
Participate in the design of the IT strategic roadmap
