Senior Product Manager, Care Pathways (Hybrid)
Homeward is a technology-enabled healthcare provider focused on delivering quality care to rural communities. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Care Pathways to lead product roadmap prioritization and execution, drive early experiments, design and deliver care pathways, and collaborate cross-functionally to create member-centric solutions.
Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience building products from scratch ideally in healthcare or startup environment
- Ability to translate clinical and member strategy into solutions
- Strong affinity for experimentation and collaboration
- Metrics and data-driven approach
- Exceptional project management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead product roadmap prioritization and execution for Care Pathways
- Drive early experiments and collaborate on technology enablement, workflow, and solution feasibility
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of care pathways
- Work cross functionally to define and deliver member-centric solutions and experiences
- Collaborate with various teams to drive programs from concept to launch and assess buy vs. build options
- Contribute to building, measuring, and reporting against fundamental business drivers
- Help shape product development process as the company grows
