Sr. Manager, Safety Policy and Standards - job 2 of 2
HopSkipDrive is seeking a Senior Manager to focus on developing and managing safety policies and standards to create a safe and reliable transportation system for students.
Skills
- 5+ years of tech industry or startup experience in policy, communications, operations, or legal
- 3+ years of trust & safety related experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to promote policy innovation and drive decisions
Responsibilities
- Oversee safety policy and standards plan creation
- Manage existing safety policies, procedures, and manuals
- Develop and implement new safety policies
- Introduce new policies and procedures company-wide
- Track and manage safety policies to ensure compliance
Education
- Bachelor's degree
- Direct experience in rideshare or similar marketplace preferred
