Horace Mann is seeking a School District Benefit Coordinator responsible for managing relationships with multiple school districts and educating agents. The ideal candidate will help improve efficiencies while supporting client needs.

Customize enrollment and service support for school district clients

Support production of Worksite Division proposals to school districts
Administer claims payment process and billing for services
Develop and maintain documented processing workflows

Education

H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent
