As a Sr HR Benefits Administrator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy in all benefit enrollments within our HRIS and other various systems, providing our vendors with reliable eligibility information. You'll assist with new-hire orientations, continuously educate employees about their health and welfare benefits, and resolve any claim issues or plan changes that may arise. You'll be at the forefront of numerous HR processes, from managing the open enrollment period to interpreting FMLA and ADA implications effectively. This role demands a collaborative spirit, as you’ll work closely with health and welfare benefit vendors and support teams in managing various inquiries and leave-of-absence requests. You’ll thrive in an environment where strong customer service skills and attention to detail are crucial, allowing you to take ownership of the benefits offered and see the impact of your work on employees' experiences. If you're equipped with a minimum of 5 years in benefits administration and possess a related degree or equivalent experience, we invite you to bring your expertise to our team.
