We’re looking for a Content Team Lead (Localized Tutorials) to scale our content operations and lead a diverse, remote team. You will be responsible for driving SEO performance, managing a global team of content specialists, and ensuring that our localized content strategies deliver maximum impact.

As a key player in our content team, you’ll mentor and support your team, collaborating closely with SEO strategists, designers, and product teams to create high-quality, optimized content. • Lead a remote team of international content specialists, ensuring their needs are met while working across different cultures, time zones, and locales.
• Scale content operations for Hostinger Tutorials, focusing on high-quality content delivery in multiple languages and across diverse markets.
• Drive SEO success by overseeing localized content production, ensuring that SEO-driven strategies are effectively implemented, and optimizing quarterly targets.
• Analyze performance using dashboards and reports to identify areas for improvement, ensuring that data-driven decisions lead to better outcomes.
• Plan and manage budgets, allocating resources to the most impactful content opportunities to drive growth and meet business goals.
• Hire, manage, and mentor both in-house and freelance content creators, providing ongoing editorial, creative, and technical support as needed.
• Collaborate across teams to identify strategic content opportunities and optimize content impact across all locales.
• Launch new locales by working closely with SEO teams and ensuring success through well-executed content strategies from the Content Strategist. 

• Experience in scaling content operations and managing teams across multiple locales, languages, and cultures, with a proven ability to support keyword research and optimize content.
• Proven track record in hiring and managing remote teams, ensuring high-quality content is delivered at scale.
• Strategic decision-making skills, with the ability to allocate budget and resources effectively toward high-impact opportunities.
• Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on implementing processes that drive efficiency and productivity across teams.
• Confidence in using SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and SurferSEO, along with data visualization tools like Looker, plus a good ol’ Excel/Sheets fan would be cool. 
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and hands-on experience in optimizing content and supporting the content team with SEO-driven projects.
• Knowledge of WordPress and experience managing content production within the platform is a plus.
• A passion for growth through content, ensuring the consistent publication of high-quality materials.

• Polyglot: Ability to work across multiple languages and markets is a strong plus, including but not limited to French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Japanese languages.
• SEO expertise: Strong understanding of SEO, especially in multilingual environments, with experience optimizing content for various global markets.
