Purpose:
We are seeking an exceptional people centric HR / Talent Management professional to join us as HR Business Advisor supporting our North America business. This role will report to Lead HR Capability Building & Business Partnering
Responsibilities:

Develop strong partnership with assigned business group and be their trusted advisor to address key business priorities and challenges

Provide guidance and advice on HR policies and people processes
- Oversee employee lifecycle management for assigned business groups from onboarding to off boarding
- Assist in performance evaluation discussions, career pathing and succession planning

Assist in internal talent development and management, skill gap evaluation and collaborate with learning & development team to ensure business has robust pipeline of internal talent
- Assist with internal talent movement, progressions & promotions

Drive key leadership development program in line with corporate program as identified by core team

Drive employee engagement by assisting in various initiatives and programs

Collaborate with broader HR team to provide timely insights and feedback to improve HR processes
Qualifications / Skills
.Minimum bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of progressive HR experience either as a Generalist & / Talent Management specialist with experience directly supporting business groups

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Creative, curious problem solver with a bias towards thoughtful action and achieving results

Collaborative team player, but also able to drive initiatives independently

Ability to connect the dots, develop strong business acumen and establish trust at all levels

Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
