Engineering Manager

We're on the lookout for a visionary and hands-on Engineering Manager to spearhead and scale our engineering initiatives in the exciting world of Fintech, Blockchain, and Regtech. In this role, you’ll be entrusted with overseeing the full engineering lifecycle, ensuring that every project is executed to the highest standards and meets the ever-growing demands of our customers. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping both our technical direction and our team culture, making a direct impact on the future of our company.

  • 8+ years of hands-on coding experience with Laravel, Vue, Node.js, Python, and expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases. You should be able to dive into the code when necessary, mentor your team, and drive technical excellence.
  • 4+ years of proven experience leading and managing large, distributed engineering teams in the software or SaaS industry. Experience in Regtec or FinTech or Blockchain sectors is a plus. You should be able to foster collaboration, inspire innovation, and provide clear direction across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, scalable, and secure architectures. Proven ability to deliver technical solutions that meet both performance and security requirements while leading teams through rapid development cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects with agility, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained while meeting tight deadlines. Experience with DevOps practices, SQA, and security management is essential for ensuring seamless, reliable delivery.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead team discussions. You must be able to inspire and motivate teams, while maintaining clear and consistent communication across all levels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. You should be adept at managing ambiguity, navigating complex challenges, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Fintech industry or with regulatory compliance solutions.
