The HR Associate role is focused on two main areas: Employee Engagement and Recruiting.
The HR Associate will promote employee engagement by aiding in periodic special events, company and local recognition programs, and by with partnering with management to creatively facilitate an excellent overall employee experience. The HR Associate must provide excellent employee service and support to foster a work environment that upholds the company’s principles and culture. This role is also responsible for generalist type duties such as answering HR related questions and will escalate and/or document Employee Relations and Legal issues as appropriate to the HR Manager, Site Director, etc. He or she refers people as needed to resources including; EAP, benefits manager, community resources, medical leaves and more.
As for the Recruiting side of the HR Associate's job, the individual in this role may help create and post job ads, manage events and execute advertising plans. This individual may also be responsible for overseeing the process of screening, interviewing, scheduling, and conducting job offers for candidates. There is a HIGH VOLUME of recruiting in this role.
This position reports to the HR Director and may have one or multiple direct reports, specifically in administrative or HR functions.
This position will routinely work in the newly renovated Tampa office. We are offering hybrid work with up to two days per week possible as work from home, and continue to monitor cases in the area.
