- Act as training coordinator for Troy Location.
- Lead Qualification matrixes project to move away from Excel and build in Success Factors Platform
- Updates New Hires, Transfers, Terminated Employees in appropriate systems (distribution list, workflow processing, payroll entries).
- I9 Compliance
- Onboarding support – joining checklist, onboarding surveys. Analyze the surveys and present findings to the HR team.
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be enrolled in a 4-year accredited Unviersity
- Business or Human Resources preffered
- Good written and oral skills
- Ability to manage time and organize effectively with multiple projects
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good results orientation and strong work ethic
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer competency with Microsoft Office
