Marketing is a trailblazing team at hyperexponential. It is vital that we stay one step ahead of the rest of the company, generating pipe ahead of time. This involves working at the tip of the spear when entering new markets, as well as maximising reach in existing core markets.
We have just closed our Series B round and we are now rapidly accelerating the impact we have on the Insurance industry. A key part of this is the significant expansion of the marketing organisation.
We are now looking for a driven BDR Manager to join our team, reporting to the Head of Revenue Marketing.
As our BDR Manager, you’ll build and lead a team of hx Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who will play a pivotal role in hx’s commercial success. Your role will be to position hx and our Price Decision Intelligence solution effectively, generate highly qualified leads, and support our sales teams.
Recruit and manage a team of high-performing SDRs across both inbound and outbound activities.
Drive the execution of hx’s pipeline goals by understanding and analysing top of the funnel metrics, pipeline quality, velocity and bookings across our 4 sales pods (Strategic, International, SME and US)
Form deep relationship with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Ops, Customer, and Product Marketing teams to successfully collaborate on new marketing campaigns and field events, meet stretch pipeline and bookings goals, optimise the XDR team for efficiency, accelerating ramp time to productivity, and ensure the team has a crisp understanding of hx’s value and differentiators.
Have 2-5 years of leadership experience with a track record of excellence leading high performing, pipeline generation, and closing organisations in a fast-growing high technology company, preferably in a low volume-high value environment.
