Skills
Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Experience with support ticketing tools
Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for clients and manage inquiries
Prioritize and categorize requests for efficient resolution
Address a wide range of client concerns utilizing technical skills
Meet and exceed service level agreements and performance targets
Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve high-priority issues
Maintain product documentation and internal resources
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the iCapital platform
Education
1-4+ years of experience in a client-facing role providing technical support
Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
Benefits
Base salary range $60,000 to $75,000
