Associate Product Manager - LifecycleLocation: Reston, VA/HybridDuration: 12 Months with possible contract to hireDescription:Purpose:The Associate Product Manager - Lifecycle is responsible for supporting the Enterprise Product team by researching and then providing analyses to support product strategy and development.The Associate Product Manager- Life cycle will work with multiple stakeholders to enhance existing products and product management processes by coordinating the activities required.Essential Functions:25% Support Enterprise Product Vision and Strategy Effort: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and articulate the enterprise product vision. Conduct research and analysis to inform product strategy. Support product teams in incorporating enterprise vision and strategy in product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer needs and business value.25% Supporting Efforts to Measure Product Maturity: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product maturity. Assist product teams in identifying, tracking, and reporting on these metrics. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate product performance. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements.25% Support Enterprise-Wide Innovation Efforts: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate ideas. Support product teams in translating ideas into actionable product features and user stories. Support product teams in aligning roadmaps with strategic goals.25% Support Product Transformation: Identify process improvements and frameworks to enhance product development and delivery. Collaborate with teams to implement Agile methodologies and other product management best practices. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
