Project ManagerLocation: Atlanta, GA /Charlotte, NC/ RemoteDuration: 12 months with possible contract to hireDescription:Bachelor's Degree Is REQUIREDInitial/Primary Project Name(s): Wholesales Payments 2024 InitiativesBusiness Initiative/Purpose:Program initiatives are focused on multiple projects to introduce new and enhanced Wholesale Payments solutions and capabilities across multiple verticals (i.e. Receivables, Payables, Card, Merchant) and Digital Channel.Projects will introduce a collection of changes that will require readiness activities for both Client and Teammate groups.Role Responsibilities:Lead for project management activities throughout project lifecycle (Initiate, Plan, Execute and Realize stages)Work with BU sponsors to establish project structure and initiate project routines (identify stakeholders, establish working group structures/ cadences, lead cross-functional workgroup sessions, etc.). PM will work within the program construct that has been established for coordination of multiple CSBB related projects.Complete all relevant project planning activities and related documentation (will follow existing Client project delivery methodology and create deliverables based on existing/approved artifact templates)Lead routine Leadership, Core Team and Working Group cadencesCoordinate client and teammate readiness activities with stakeholders (BU, enablement, client advocacy, legal, risk, compliance, etc.)Manage project execution activities through coordination with relevant partnersProvide routine status update reporting across required forums (project-level, enterprise-level)Maintain adequate project documentation to meet all enterprise and BU standards (project management requirements, risk assessment requirements, etc.)Create and manage project budget; updating with monthly forecasts and reconcilement to project actuals with appropriate variance management.Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:Strong program management skills that allow PM to execute effectively and efficiently in compliance with Client project management standards with minimal oversight.Proven experience leading large-scale programs/ projects in the financial services industry; ideally 7+ years’ experience as the primary lead of a projectStrong communication skills and ability to adjust communication style and message accordingly based on audience members (e.g. the area of the bank they represent, and the level of the organization in which they reside -- an ability to lead detailed working sessions and ability to summarize progress/findings to an executive summary message).Need prior PM experience working with agile and waterfall development methodologies; these will be applicable to all PM roles.Proven delivery record to manage teams through new discoveries/required decisions/risk mitigation events in order to keep the project on schedule.Prior project management experience working in Banking, Wholesale Payments and or Core Treasury SolutionsAgile and Waterfall Methodology (most projects are governed under agile)Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:Previous Experience Working With Client Is PreferredPrior experience with projects focused on any of the following: Product and Feature Enhancements, Testing, Collateral/Content Development, Training, Billing and Pricing, 3rd Party Vendor Dependency, Tech Dependencies etc.,Agile and Waterfall Methodology (most projects are governed under agile)General Understanding of Banking Regulations and Compliance requirements (PCI Experience helpful)As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
