We are looking to hire a Talent Sourcer on a 12-month contract to support our scaling, with India as one of our fastest-growing hubs. You will utilize your analytical skills and deep understanding of the Indian talent market to contribute to Ideals' hiring strategy.


You will lead sourcing projects across G&A, Revenue Operations, and other sales and tech support functions, analyzing the funnel to optimize your strategy and drive measurable outcomes.  Collaborating daily with our global Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers across cultures and departments, you will directly impact Ideals’ growth trajectory. 


We are curious about the impact of AI and technology on TA and regularly review our tech stack. What we use: Metaview, GenAI tools (Gemini and ChatGPT (pilot phase)), LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Gem, SalesQL, Calendly, Monday, Spark Hire.


What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across various platforms to build and engage robust talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with global recruiters and hiring managers to understand and align hiring profile needs with business objectives
  • Regularly track and analyze pipeline metrics to provide timely actionable insights for improving sourcing outcomes
  • Maintain and enhance our existing candidate database, ensuring profiles are accurate and up-to-date


What We Look For
  • 3-6+ years of hands-on sourcing experience in a scaling SaaS company with a global perspective 
  • Track record identifying candidates for General & Admin, Support, and Operations roles with proven success across India and EMEA markets
  • Proficiency in ATS/CRM, with expertise in market research, talent discovery, sourcing strategy optimization, candidate engagement and analytics
  • Expertise in using email extractors, browser extensions, and people aggregator tools.
  • Proven success sourcing talent in India plus Global Markets (EMEA, and APAC) 
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities with a focus on innovative approaches and delivering results efficiently
  • Fluency in English level (C1) with excellent collaboration and cross-cultural communication skills to build rapport with internal stakeholders and candidates


Our Interview Process


We believe in competency-based interviews combined with work samples and we share clear expectations for each element. Our interview assignments simulate what it’s like to work at Ideals and the type of tasks you’ll tackle. Here are the stages of the interview process for this role:


• Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (up to 40 mins)

•  Test tasks and a Hiring Manager interview

•  Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (up to 90 mins)
