Identity and Access Management Team Lead

Overview:

The role of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Team Lead is to provide ownership from a technical, process, and policy perspective over the bank’s assignment of digital identities and the accesses that are part of those identities. This includes the provisioning of privileged and non-privileged identities within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Continuous development and ownership of the bank’s identity and access management practices, policies, standards, and procedures
Ownership and administration of the bank’s various IAM and PAM platforms
Lead and supervise direct reports and team members, as well as provide guidance for IAM/PAM practices to other internal customers
Automation of the identity lifecycle
Compliance with all bank Information Security policies, regulatory guidance, etc.
Ensure timely response to incidents and problems
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

Seven or more years in an Information Technology environment
Five or more years working in a role with applicable IAM/PAM experience
Commensurate experience with industry standard identity providers for both distributed and mainframe environments
Demonstrated experience with implementing and administering both IAM and PAM platforms, either on premises or in a SaaS model
Prior management and/or supervisory duties that demonstrate ability to effectively lead a team
Effective communication skills
Excellent time and project management skills

Preferred:

Significant experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and IBM RACF
Experience with CyberArk for PAM
Certifications and/or formal training in Active Directory and/or Azure Active Directory
Demonstrable experience automating the processes around the lifecycles of privileged and non-privileged identities
Experience integrating the identity lifecycle and automation into industry standard ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
Experience implementing complementary controls for access management such as multi-factor authentication, conditional access policies (Azure AD), etc.
Demonstrated ability to formulate and maintain documentation including policy, standards, and procedural documents
Prior experience working in industries where IAM/PAM practices were scrutinized by external regulators, internal auditors, information security teams, etc.
