IIM Solutions Engineer I

Overview:

The IIM Solutions Engineer I configures and implements Intelligent Information Management (IIM) solutions for clients. Designs and implements simple IIM workflow solutions in concert with base system installations. Participate in determining the technical requirements and implementing comprehensive "end to end" solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Implements IIM solutions as part of the Professional Services processes.
  • Assists in the development of the solution.
  • Participates in technical/ end user training classes in support of the installed IIM solution.
  • Work as part of a project team, as required.
  • Acquires and maintains current technical knowledge of relevant product/ service offerings as it pertains to document capture, storage, retrieval, electronic workflow, and data and systems integration.
  • Provide backup support for Technical Support as required.
  • Participate in Peer Review
  • Ensures skill set remains current through continuing education and training.
  • Ensure Style-book is followed.
  • Daily time entry.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work well with ad hoc project teams consisting of resources with varying skillsets
  • Experience with Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Ability to execute within a team structure
  • Strong technical implementation and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to solve technical problems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • This position is primarily sedentary in nature.
  • Ability to be stationed at a computer screen and type for long period of time. Business Casual dress is allowed.
  • Must possess dependable broadband internet connectivity.
  • Should be able to work for no less than 8 hours per day.
  • Computer - Each employee will be provided with a company issued laptop computer system, required software, monitors and remote access to required KMBS systems.
  • Four-year college degree or satisfactory completion of a technical curriculum from an accredited computer school and/ or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience configuring IIM solutions — Desired
