• Apply core product management knowledge to devise creative and effective solutions in the field of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS).
• Employ a customer-centric approach to ensure that product strategies addresses and alleviates customer pain points effectively.
• Utilize sophisticated analytical techniques to assess unique situations within the NGS domain, identifying root causes, and proposing adaptive approaches.
• Tackle diverse assignments where information is limited, adapting existing techniques for effective problem-solving.
• Cultivate internal and external relationships, establishing networks with senior partners in the NGS product management domain.
• Tailor communication styles for different audiences, offering guidance on intricate matters that require persuasion.
• Independently execute work, subject to critical review points, utilizing evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to determine optimal courses of action.
• Enhance internal and external working relationships within the NGS domain.
• Adapt style to differing audiences, often advising others on difficult matters that require persuasion.

The estimated base salary range for the Staff Product Manager role based in the United States of America is: $124,300 - $186,500. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
