Associate Reporting Analyst
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and driven individual to join our growing team as an Associate Reporting Analyst.
In this position you will play a critical role in supporting various departments by providing accurate, timely data and valuable business insights.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to make a substantial impact on our organisation during this current phase of company growth.
Your main responsibilities (we're scaling fast, so these may change as we grow):
Design and monitor robust systems for business analysis and data recording, ensuring efficiency and scalability across departments.
Offer analytical support to GTM (Go-To-Market) departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to help them achieve their targets and objectives.
Effectively communicate findings and insights from data analysis in written and verbal forms to managers, aiding them in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Enforce data governance standards and best practices to maintain data integrity.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and provide data-driven recommendations.
Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to provide context and recommendations based on comparative performance analysis
You should apply if you have (we know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap. You don’t have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role):
Solid knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel, along with other software programs necessary for data analysis.
Any prior work experience in a related field is preferred, and familiarity with Salesforce will be given extra consideration.
Exceptional ability to interpret large amounts of data and analyse it to produce concise reports.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for translating complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
