As the Impact Systems Analyst (Business Analyst) you will use your analytical skillset, conceptual thinking and eye for detail to contribute to the development of consistent and comparable Social Return on Investment (SROI) metrics for ImpactLab's customers. This involves translating the technical requirements of ImpactLab's standardised methodology and knowledge base to various internal stakeholders, supporting both the delivery and product pod to apply it accurately in the Impact Portal (ImpactLab's proprietary tech), while contributing to it's enhancement over time to best support decision makers. This role sits within the Product and Analytics Squad and reports to the Product & Analytics Lead
