This is a remote position. We are a global team that leverages the latest technology to communicate with our colleagues across the globe. When it’s safe to do so, there may be times in which this role would be required to travel to a local office for in person collaborations with your team.
Being an Implementation Partner Coach iManage means…
You will be supporting upwards of 100 global implementation partners to provide expert guidance and advice on any cloud or on-premise implementation-related activities. You will utilize your software implementation experience in SaaS environments to help coach our partners through our product implementation lifecycle and best practices. Our partners are leading our customers through complex iManage implementations, and as a member of our Professional Services team, you will be a stakeholder and mentor to help our partners deliver high value customer outcomes throughout all stages of their lifecycle.
You will help to understand, identify, and develop technical gap closure plans for our Implementation Partner community. You will work closely with our Partner Development Managers (PDM) to identify Partners that require coaching and to measure their success. Additionally, you will work alongside our global teams in Customer Adoption, Support, Customer Success and Content teams to build and prioritize solutions while incorporating external and internal feedback to address these knowledge gaps.

You will enable best-in-class implementation strategies and bring your technical experience to help to answer challenging questions that will help us to continue building an even stronger partner program. Meeting with individual partners to answer questions, review SOW’s and provide best practice advice related to the delivery of all platform products and solutions within the iManage portfolio.

Owning the strategy, development, prioritization and daily operations of our implementation partner enablement program with a focus on client success and partner-specific training
- In collaboration with the PDM team, ensuring the successful onboarding of our partners in the implementation and support of the iManage Cloud
- Leading the planning process around the strategic priorities for our partner enablement program and confirming journey milestones in place

Developing and responding to key metrics for measuring our partner enablement program effectiveness
- Sharing best practices across our partner ecosystem

Working with the PDM team to communicate our partner learning and certification programs to the external partner community to help drive the adoption of our iManage products

Working with the Enablement Team to align best practices, webinars, training and certification content as well as to identify additional content and SMEs needed to fill knowledge gaps
iM Qualified Because I Have...

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
- Enterprise platform Implementation delivery skills, including the ability to install, deploy, validate and troubleshoot multi-product solutions and integrate with other systems while following platform and solution best practices while prioritizing user and functional requirements

Proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills to help in supporting our partners through complex product implementations
- Strong communication skills: the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders both within iManage and within our partner network
- Experience in delivery of Enterprise Content Management / Information Governance solutions ideally within legal, professional services, financial services industries.
