Talent Management Specialist

Talent Management Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support, including employee relations, data management in Workday, and talent management programs. You will play a crucial role within the Talent Management team, more specifically, the Talent Partner (HR Business Partner) team, reporting directly to the Director, Talent Partners. This role is a remote role.



Responsibilities:
  • You will help process employee transfers, salary increases, and other related employment changes including terminations, exit interviews and unemployment claims 
  • You will perform Workday administrative tasks, processing job requisition updates, profile, manager and supervisory changes 
  • You will maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation within Workday
  • You will create and maintain Talent Management processes in partnership with Talent Partners, Workday Systems, and other Talent & Organization (TAO) teams.
  • You will work closely with TAO partners on important programs such as: Performance Reviews, Goal Setting, Annual Compliance Training, and Employee Engagement
  • Assist Talent Partners in employee relations and performance management matters
  • You will manage the Talent Management IH Connect site and ensures accurate and up to date information is posted and removed as necessary
  • Provide support and assistance to important partners including the Talent Management team
  • Conduct or assists with new hire orientation as needed
  • Other responsibilities and projects as assigned
  • Travel up to 10%


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of Human Resource experience
  • Experience with program and/or project management
  • Experience with employee relations and/or performance management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • You have an understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Demonstrate high level of professionalism & impeccable discretion with confidential information
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Google Suite (eg - Gmail, Google Slides, Google Sheets)
  • Knowledge and previous experience with Workday a strong plus


Physical/Cognitive Requirements
  • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer/laptop) may be required.
  • Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.


The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:


Zone A: $63,670 - $82,770 + equity + benefits  

Zone B: $73,221 - $95,180 + equity + benefits  

Zone C: $79,588 - $103,460 + equity + benefits  

Zone D: $82,771 - $107,590 + equity + benefits  


This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.


Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations. In addition to receiving a competitive base salary, the compensation package may include, depending on the role, the following:
