The Corporate Tax Manager will lead a team of Corporate Tax Accountants with the preparing and filing of corporate taxes. You will be working with parts of Informa all offer the country so exposure to a national company is preferred. Job duties include:

As the Corporate Tax Manager, you'll lead a talented group of Corporate Tax Accountants in navigating the complexities of corporate taxes within our national framework. Your responsibilities include overseeing federal and state income tax compliance for our diverse array of companies, ensuring that quarterly estimates, income tax returns, and annual provision calculations are meticulously prepared and reviewed. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding your team and managing project deadlines while cultivating collaborative relationships with various departments and third-party advisors. With your strong accounting and analytical skills, you'll also conduct research, manage audit requests, and contribute to special tax projects. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of corporate tax experience, ideally with a blend of Big 4 public accounting and in-house experience, plus strong communication abilities and advanced Excel skills.
