Information Clerk, Outpatient Pavilion
The Information Clerk is responsible for organizing incoming mail for patients and preparing them for delivery to patient floors. This team member will also be responsible for forwarding mail to patients home addresses after they have been discharged.

The Information Clerk is responsible for organizing incoming mail for patients and preparing them for delivery to patient floors. This team member will also be responsible for forwarding mail to patients home addresses after they have been discharged.
Come join our team in the new, state-of-the-art, 230,000 sq. ft. Outpatient Pavilion, in Arlington, VA! This new site-of-care (as seen below) is scheduled to open July 2023 and will host 6 ORs, 6 GI Rooms and 3 Procedural Rooms. As our campus expands, now is the time to get your foot in the door and grow with VHC Health!

- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Alphabetizes patient's mail ensuring room numbers at on all pieces of mail.
- Group mail by floors and forwards to transportation for delivery of mail in a timely fashion.
- Forwards all mail on discharged patients to their home address.
