Information Systems Technical and Business Specialist

Job Description:

Under general supervision of the Director of Operations, provide information systems analytical support for various systems needs of the IOD. Identify and define software and information system needs, serve as liaison between the IOD (Institute on Disability) and UNH technology partners to provide area expertise for required upgrades, interfaces, enhancements, and modifications to information systems. Ensure systems remains compatible with appropriate enhancements and/or updates and integrate new applications where needed. Ensure end-user proficiency with systems, programs and applications across the IOD.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Acceptable minimum level of education: High School or equivalent.
  • Acceptable minimum years of experience: 5-7 years.
  • Broad-based information technology experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business systems and processes.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with diverse groups, such as executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to facilitate end-user proficiency.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
