About the role

In your role as Campaign Marketing Manager, you bring the pillars of our marketing team together into cohesive, collaborative campaigns that drive specific goals. You are the marketing maestro who strategically evaluates the "why" behind each initiative and designs campaigns that execute the "how." Your project management expertise and marketing acumen enable you to outline the key components of each campaign, crafting messaging and themes that the team can rally around to create impactful assets and actions.

This is a hybrid role based out of our office in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Align campaigns with company goals to boost brand awareness and lead generation
  • Oversee every stage, from asset creation to Sales engagement, ensuring maximum value
  • Set and track metrics to measure campaign impact using Google Tags and Analytics
  • Manage budgets across channels to ensure ROI

Strategic Focus

  • Define campaign goals and assess their value
  • Analyze challenges, opportunities, and landscape insights through research and expert input

Project Management

  • Create campaign roadmaps with clear timelines and task priorities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for approvals and provide regular progress updates

Brand Advocacy

  • Uphold and enhance the brand's vision and identity
  • Optimize customer and prospect experiences while identifying improvement opportunities

Sales Enablement

  • Keep Sales informed and equipped with tools to engage qualified leads
  • Integrate Sales insights and feedback into campaign messaging
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing with expertise in end-to-end campaign management, particularly for B2B businesses, ideally in software
  • Proficient in developing multi-channel campaigns and using CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot)
  • Extensive B2B marketing experience, including market-facing roles (presentations, competitor analysis, market research)
  • Strong project management abilities and team collaboration skills
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with a knack for persuasive, results-driven content
  • Strategic thinker with a strong eye for design principles
  • Data-driven, passionate about uncovering customer and website insights

Compensation

The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.
