Ingram Industries is thrilled to announce an opening for a Timekeeping System Specialist at our La Vergne, TN location. In this key role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our time and attendance processes. From maintaining our Time & Attendance system application to supporting configuration maintenance, your contributions will directly influence the efficiency and accuracy of our operations. You'll collaborate closely with our Timekeeping System Administrator, mastering the setup of the Core Record Tracker (CRT) and assisting with the biweekly close of the time collection system. Your skills in functional and integration testing will play an important part in the consistency and reliability of our systems. As a Timekeeping System Specialist, you'll also create training materials and conduct sessions to educate users about our time collection system. We seek someone who possesses excellent analytical and communication skills and has a keen understanding of federal, state, and local regulations related to timekeeping and payroll.
