Risk Strategies Consulting (RSC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical pharmacy specialist to join our consulting firm, providing deep clinical expertise to support our consultants and our clients.
This position is designed for a distinguished pharmacy professional with extensive clinical experience, deep specialization in therapeutic areas such as oncology, cardiology, and/or specialty pharmacy, and a profound understanding of pharmacotherapy, including mechanisms of action, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics. The ideal candidate will apply their advanced clinical knowledge to deliver strategic insights and innovative solutions that enhance pharmaceutical care and benefit design.
This role involves leading the development of sophisticated treatment protocols, managing highly complex cases, and spearheading cutting-edge research initiatives to support our clients’ strategic objectives. At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off and paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $147,700 - $225,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
