Provide superior customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, offering product information and creative suggestions, and building strong relationships with customers and the outside sales team.
Proactively anticipate customer needs and follow up in a timely and positive manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the creative sales team, order processing team, and production teams to ensure project feasibility, accurate pricing, and on-time delivery.
Take incoming calls and assist customers with product information, pricing, shipping estimates, order updates, and tracking.
Utilize the internal system (PACE) to provide estimates based on customer requirements and budget constraints.
Set up virtual requests for the creative sales team and price the virtuals for customers.
Make product recommendations and suggestions based on customer requirements and budget.
Handle special accounts that require specific rules outside of the standard operation.
Provide random samples from the sample department that meet customer needs.
Redirect incoming calls to the appropriate person or department and assist other departments with inquiries as needed.
Assist customers with the website and respond to inquiries via the website chat application.
Perform basic data entry and prepare estimates using basic math skills and problem-solving.
Maintain a creative mindset, stay organized, and remain highly motivated to exceed goals.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
Occasionally collaborate with other departments as required.
Required Skills/Abilities:

Proactive and able to anticipate customer needs.
Timely follow-up and strong relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Proficient in using the internal system (PACE) and comfortable with basic data entry.
Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
Positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
Minimum of 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods while handling phone calls and emails.
Flexibility to collaborate with other departments on occasion.
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Sales and/or customer service experience required.
Experience or understanding of the printing industry is a plus.
Comfortable with occasional travel for trade shows.
