This individual will primarily provide support to a 24/7 call center and various business departments within an insurance organization. Key responsibilities encompass onboarding, offboarding, posting job openings, recruiting, and screening candidates, along with overseeing Workday processes and addressing employee inquiries. The role also involves handling administrative tasks, offering HR support, managing timesheets, and ensuring seamless access to internal systems for new hires. The ideal candidate should possess experience with Workday, a solid foundation in HR practices, exposure to recruiting processes, and exceptional attention to detail. Additional qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in HR, employee relations expertise, and familiarity with call center environments would be beneficial for this role.• Manage onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and posting positions• Screen candidates and filter out unqualified applicantsCompensation:$28/hr. to $30.50/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
