Looking for a Director of Training/Learning & Development Manager role! Direct Hire Opportunity!Overview:The Learning and Development Manager designs, develops, and delivers training programs that facilitate learning and skill building that supports company initiatives and allows the company to achieve its goals.• Development of Company Training Program, materials and courses.• Development and management of a Learning Management System for training tracking• Employee Development Program design and implementation, employee certification program design• Conducts development visits, certifications, etc. in conjunction with the Area Directors• Facilitates training courses as needed• Manages and Collaborates Regional Field Training Managers on manager development programs• LTO, New product training roll outs, and follow upTop Skills Details:training development, food and beverage, learning and developmentAdditional Skills & Qualifications:• 5+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience• Experience in design, development, delivery and evaluation of effective training programs is a must• Must possess initiative, good judgment, organizational, and planning skills• Strong written and verbal command of the English language required• Must demonstrate strong leadership and time management skills• Must demonstrate strong presentation skills with the ability to engage all audience types• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookAbout Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
