As a Business Partner in Human Resources at Inspira Health in Mullica Hill, NJ, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with our client leaders, providing support and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle—from sourcing and onboarding to development, recognition, and even the exit process. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people and eager to make a difference in our organization. You will also have the opportunity to enhance the HR function, ensuring we maintain our status as the employer of choice in the region. With a focus on continuous improvement, you’ll work closely with both employees and management to address any concerns that arise, promoting effective communication and collaborative problem-solving. Your ability to build relationships and your knack for understanding people will be key in resolving employee issues and fostering a healthy work environment. If you have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, we’d love to hear from you. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred but not required.
