Business Partner - Human Resources - Mullica Hill

MAJOR FUNCTION:Provides support and guidance to client leaders to effectively manage the people function from sourcing, development, recognition and exit process. Ongoing and regularly contributes to improving the level of service and performance of the human resources function to achieve and maintain the employer of choice status. Maintains liaison relationship between employees and managers to facilitate the resolution of employee issues.QUALIFICATION:Education & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field required.• Minimum of 5 years of recent Human Resources experience required.Certification/Licensure:• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.Knowledge & Skills:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.• Must be energetic and results oriented.• Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal requirements required.• Must demonstrate PC competencies; knowledge of Microsoft products is preferred.?>At Inspira Health, you’ll join with the area’s most dedicated and distinguished team to bring quality and compassionate care to our communities.
