We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor and employee relations enthusiast to join our HR team. This role will work closely with our PTC Manager and will play a vital role in managing various HR functions, including employee relations, P&C operations, benefits management, onboarding and offboarding processes, emergency response, and overall departmental efficiency. This position demands versatility and a robust understanding of HR practices to support our globally recognized team of over a hundred employees.



Expectations:

Handle HR-related inquiries and assist in implementing necessary disciplinary actions.

Provide guidance and support to team members & address any questions or concerns promptly and effectively.

Coordinate and lead performance and salary reviews.

Administer new hire contracts, actively participate in the onboarding process, contribute to the off boarding process, and conduct exit interviews.

Maintain organized electronic employee files and records using BambooHR and Google Drive.

Stay current with federal, provincial, and state employment laws and compliance requirements for US and Canadian staff.

Maintain and update HR administrative tasks, including guidelines, policies, employee files, and benefits enrolment for both US and Canadian staff.

Contribute to the development, revision, and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, forms, and practices.

Participate in special projects and take the lead on initiatives such as Amelio Analysis and other strategic projects.

Manage and organize all employee events in collaboration with the Dulcedo Social Committee.

Collaborate on strategic P&C initiatives aimed at driving company growth.


Profile:

3-5 years HR experience with a solid foundation in HR principles and practices.

A strong educational background in HR or Industrial Relations or in a related field, coupled with practical experience.

Proficiency in working in both French and English is a strong asset - You will interact regularly with colleagues from across the continent so fluency in both languages is highly beneficial.

Demonstrated capacity to grasp the core drivers of an organization's business and culture and translate them into effective talent strategies and initiatives.

Exceptional influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills. 

Demonstrated ability to increase leadership awareness, foster employee engagement, and align teams and levels within the company.

An adaptable and resilient mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic, ever-changing organizational environment. 

High tolerance for ambiguity with the motivation to bring clarity and confidence.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) conseiller(ère) en ressources humaines passionné.e en tout ce qui attrait relations employé(e)s. Joignant les rangs de notre belle équipe RH, ce rôle travaillera en étroite collaboration avec notre PTC Manager et jouera un rôle essentiel dans la gestion de diverses fonctions RH, notamment les relations avec les employés, les opérations P&C, les processus d'intégration et de désintégration des employés, la gestion de crises, la gestion des avantages sociaux et l'efficacité globale du département. Ce poste exige de la polyvalence et une solide compréhension des pratiques RH pour soutenir notre équipe de plus d'une centaine d'employés.



Responsabilités:

Maintenir et mettre à jour les tâches administratives RH, y compris les lignes directrices, les politiques, les dossiers des employés et les inscriptions aux avantages sociaux pour le personnel américain et canadien.

Contribuer au développement, à la révision et à l'amélioration des politiques, des procédures, des formulaires et des pratiques RH.

Gérer les demandes liées aux RH et contribuer à la mise en œuvre des mesures disciplinaires nécessaires.

Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux membres de l'équipe et répondre rapidement et efficacement aux questions ou préoccupations des employés.

Coordonner et diriger les évaluations de performance et les revues salariales.

Administrer les contrats des nouveaux employés, participer activement au processus d'intégration, contribuer au processus de désintégration et mener des entretiens de départ.

Maintenir des dossiers électroniques organisés des employés en utilisant BambooHR et Google Drive.

Rester à jour avec les lois sur l'emploi fédérales, provinciales et étatiques et les exigences de conformité pour le personnel américain et canadien.

Participer à des projets spéciaux et prendre la tête d'initiatives telles que l'analyse Amelio et d'autres projets stratégiques.

Profil:

3 à 5 ans d'expérience en RH avec une base solide dans les principes et les pratiques des RH.

Une solide formation en RH, en relations industrielles ou dans un domaine connexe, associée à une expérience pratique.
