Due to the continued growth an established Independent Financial Advice firm, Integrity365, is looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on a part-time basis.
We are open to discussion on the flexibility of this role - whether you are a trainee accounts assistant or someone more experienced looking for a role to fit around their home life, we would love to hear from you.
The business offers this part-time role with flexible on timing within office hours. Ideally, this would be undertaken over 4 days within the working week at our Doynton (Bristol) or High Wycombe office location, with a potential for hybrid working and additional locations considered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include:
• Monthly reconciliation of provider payments onto Intelliflo CRM System (IO).
• Raising invoices for services across a wide variety of clients
• Regular review of aged debtors and creditors, invoices on hold
• Working with the Financial Manager to ensure accounts and FCI statements remain up to date.
• Maintain excellent day to day working relationships with the bank.
• Support financial and business reporting across the organisation.
• Monitor bank statements for payments in and out on a daily basis, recording appropriately, and ensuring all costs and purchase invoices are allocated correctly.
You will possess:
• Have at least 3 years experience of working within a similar role within accounting working with reconciliations and invoicing.
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Knowledge of Intelliflo (IO) would be advantageous.
• Experience in carrying out financial duties in a small/medium business
• High level of competence in using the following MS Office products - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams
• Experience in using CRM, accounting software, and online banking systems. Full training in the systems we use will be provided.
• Self-sufficient, hands-on attitude and ability to work to own initiative.
