This position is essential for ensuring the Intelepeer platform provides outcomes that enhance customer engagement and streamline the Conversational AI and automated interactions across calls, chats, SMS/MMS and other channels.You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize and build innovative features that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
