Role Summary

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing start-up as the second product manager, taking ownership of a dedicated product area. In less than two years, we’ve achieved remarkable growth, serving hundreds of customers with a clear product-market fit. You’ll lead a fully supported pod that includes a product designer, a staff engineer, and a team of talented engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead product discovery initiatives, working closely with the founders to align the product roadmap with the company's vision and business goals

  • Craft and refine technical specifications with a focus on marrying innovation with practicality, ensuring development is both effective and time-efficient

  • Clearly communicate product development status, plans, trade offs, and progress toward milestones to leadership

  • Take charge of product marketing strategies, leveraging the skills of a supportive team to maximize product reach and impact

  • Shape the future of the product management function at Adaptive, laying the foundation for continued growth and innovation

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or fintech experience as a product manager or a product engineer with a track record of success

  • Exceptional analytical skill and business acumen

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with an innate understanding of the optimal balance between rigorous process and flexibility

  • Willingness to do hands on work
