We’re excited to announce an opening for an Operations Senior Associate to join our dynamic Revenue team! As an Operations Senior Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our mental health providers are onboarded seamlessly to enhance their experience and ensure our services run like clockwork. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating the end-to-end onboarding process for new providers—from scheduling to training, you'll ensure everything is set up for success. You'll manage logistics for provider assignments and be the vital link between our providers and internal teams, making sure that every deployment is timely and effective. Additionally, you'll be monitoring operational needs over the weekends and responding to urgent support requests, ensuring that our clients are well taken care of at all times. Your organizational skills will shine as you maintain records and dashboards, tracking interactions and support effectiveness. You’ll also get to collaborate with cross-functional teams, actively improving onboarding workflows. If you have a minimum of 2 years experience in operations or logistics and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
