Manager, Creative Operations

Intercom is seeking a Manager of Creative Operations to build operational excellence within the Creative Studio by partnering with various teams and driving efficient processes. The role involves managing a team of Creative Producers, optimizing project planning, and fostering creative culture and strategic planning.

Skills

5+ years of experience in Creative Operations
3+ years of people management in project management/producing roles
Extensive program management experience
Strong knowledge of creative and production workflows
Strong relationship building and partnering skills

Responsibilities

Identify and optimize key operational processes for creative efficiency
Lead capacity planning for the creative studio
Manage a team of Brand Producers
Build relationships with internal and external partners
Develop a diverse pipeline of external partners and vendors
