The Role:

As a paid intern, you would be joining the New Verticals team. Our product today manages millions of dollars of invoices & pays thousands of participants on both sides of the Long Term Care market. But, there’s a long list of industries where we can build labor marketplaces that are 10x more efficient than the status quo, and we need your help.

We are looking for an outstanding New Verticals Team Member to build a business from scratch. You’ll work to validate customer pain points, develop a go-to-market playbook from first principles, and execute growth tactics at high velocity + quality. You'll be insanely curious, uncover opportunities to improve the experience of an entire vertical, and deploy your sharp analytical mindset on a high-impact project.

Beyond the basics, what will make you successful:

• Extreme Ownership: the buck stops with you, no matter what anyone else did or did not do. You're self-reliant, and can get things done in the chaos that is an early-stage startup scaling quickly.
• Extreme Curiosity: you ask "why" 3-5 times in a row for the same problem, digging and digging and not being satisfied until you truly understand the root cause.
• Experience in startups, strategy, consulting, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics, or related experience; high-growth or early-stage start-up experience is preferred
• Experience working in quantitative or analytical roles
• You want to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
