What you’ll do

  • Own the roadmap of DreamHacks efforts in creating digital features & activations that grow our community and directly support our efforts of bringing more & retaining visitors to our festivals around the globe
  • Prioritize the backlog & feature pipeline of the DreamHack App, our primary digital channel offering for the DreamHack festival visitors, to increase engagement before, during, and after a festival takes place
  • Interface with internal & agency development teams to make sure the roadmap is aligned with development capacity and timelines
  • Conceptualize & design a gamification ecosystem to be implemented across both digital & physical (festival) touchpoints, reflected in the progression in user profiles of our digital channels
  • Work with stakeholders in our creative & marketing teams – along with festival leadership – to ensure the above roadmaps & prioritization is aligned with the overall festival creative vision and roadmap
  • Own gamification activities at select festivals and work with internal stakeholders to ensure operational success

Who you are

  • 2+ years experience in digital product management
  • Strong communication and project management skills to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders
  • Understanding of gamification and experience designing and implementing gamification ecosystems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools

Bonus Experience 

  • Experience from working with or within the live events industry
  • Experience from working with video gaming culture
