As a Product Manager, Digital at DreamHack Festivals, you will take charge of developing innovative digital features that elevate the community experience for gamers and fans alike. At ESL FACEIT Group (EFG), we pride ourselves on creating unforgettable moments where gaming transcends beyond just play into a vibrant community. In this role, you'll be the key architect behind the DreamHack App, our main digital interface designed to engage attendees before, during, and after our dynamic festivals. You will manage the development roadmap, ensuring it aligns with our creative vision while prioritizing features that enhance user interaction. Interface with both internal teams and external development agencies will be crucial as you balance timelines and capacity. Your role will also encompass crafting a gamification ecosystem that adds value to our digital interactions. Additionally, you’ll work closely with marketing and creative stakeholders to ensure our initiatives resonate with our overall festival objectives. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in driving gamification activities during select festivals, creating a memorable experience that leaves an impression on attendees. With a minimum of 2 years in digital product management, your strong communication skills and project management expertise will help you thrive in our fast-paced environment.
