Join us as a Community and User Advocacy Intern at #SolidWorks and be a part of our innovative programs designed to help us engage with our community and user advocates and drive success for the brand.

If you enjoy learning new things while working with a friendly group of highly skilled individuals, this could be a great fit for you!

What will your role be?
You’ll join an ambitious and smart group of professionals on the SOLIDWORKS Community and User Advocacy team and provide support to help us grow the SOLIDWORKS User Group Network and Champions program so that we can connect in a deeper way with passionate users and leverage their voices to drive awareness and adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE Works.

You’ll have the opportunity to engage with some of the most passionate user advocates in the SOLIDWORKS user community.

The Champions and User Group Network play a significant role in our ability to:

1) drive awareness and adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE Works among some of our most passionate users. If they know about Works and understand it's value, they're more likely to promote it among their colleagues and friends and on social media, etc. - gaining their overall endorsement for Works.

2) gain important feedback from our Champions about their experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE Works - strengthen our ability to enhance our offerings to provide the best experience possible for all users.

The challenges ahead

We need to continue to grow these programs so that we can connect with more user group leaders, their members and our user Champions to teach them about the value of the 3DEXPERIENCE Works portfolio for their business - driving awareness and adoption. We also need to leverage these programs to gain our users’ feedback related to the portfolio so that we can ensure they have success with it and ultimately become strong advocates for it.

Your key success factors

• Microsoft office - excel, word, powerpoint

• Strong team player with ability to work effectively as an individual contributor.

• Strong project management/ability to work within established deadlines for deliverables with effective follow up if needed to ensure deadlines are met.

• Go getter! Motivated to learn, ambition to drive results and achieve goals.

Personal Skills

Strong communication skills are very beneficial. Ability to shift directions quickly when priorities change. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
